Commercial Cookery (Chef) Apprenticeship – Roma

As a Commercial Cookery Apprentice you will develop the skills and knowledge required to undertake roles in a hospitality enterprise where food is prepared and served. You will be involved in total food operations from food safety and quality, preparation and dietary needs planning, cooking using a variety of techniques, and constructing menus.

This is a great opportunity to develop skills and knowledge through completing the on-the-job working experience and training with an employer whilst completing a nationally recognized course of training through a registered training organization.
